Default Mac OS using a mouse to look around causes camera to point straight down

I have removed my trackpad as it showed the same issue, but when I use a Mac with a mouse that right clicks, it seems to move the camera straight up and points down at my characters scalp. This makes me have to use the camera reset button, + move around using A and D keys.

Is there a way to fix it so I can hold right click and just look around? Remapping keys doesn't work, everything seems to just register as "move camera up" no matter what I do.

You could try resetting the key mappings to their defaults (button is at the bottom of the panel I think). I use right click for mouse look constantly.

I have done so, but it doesn't work. It's weird. I even reinstalled the game as well. I will right click to look around, but if i move left/right/up/down it ALWAYS registers as "up" and so eventually moves to a top down perspective with no way out except to use the keypad to reset or move the camera.
