Hear, hear.
The System Requirements page claims Macs are supported if you have at least MacOS 10.7.5, and lists minimum requirements and recommended specs. The "Oh, Macs aren't supported" emails they send out after they've accepted money from players give lie to their claims.
They should put a big warning in red letters next to their System Requirements that point out that these aren't system requirements the developers stand behind, but the minimum requirements to roll dice on the **** thing launching at all and that it's totally unsupported and that any Mac support requests will result in an email to user forums for self-help.
The fact is, they claim Macs are supported on their system requirements page <https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002040207-What-are-the-system-requirements-for-DDO-> and they accept money from players who trust this.
They must act accordingly. All the liability-shielding terms in the EULA vanish when the whole contract is the product of fraud.
And yes, since 7/31 it's been unplayable, utterly unplayable, with the client crashing before the character selection screen. And their reply to my support request is a link to this page so I can see that they're not helping anyone else with a Mac, either.
