I expect it will go back to the way it was before reaper, where people would cap on level 16 quests, and lvl 17 and up are rarely run except for the few people that miscalculated and have to run 2 or 3 quests in IQ

Feels and looks like a great change over-all that I am excited about.
This is the change I am most looking forward to. There are a lack of mid-level reaper LFM's on my server and hopefully that will change.

And skip all ES cause they weren't needed

In case of OP i think they're skipping mostly vale, RR and sane asylum (i don't think it's possible doing ES sagas at lvl w/o capping, so vale, RR and sane asylum have been forgotten for a while)

Xp is just nuts, but sometimes etk end fight may be a bit annoying lol

Also IQ and amrath are quite easy, xp isn't awesome tho
psykopeta is finally baconpletionist because there isn't anything to delay it more - thelanis, where the gimps claim to be pros and noobs claim to be pros, no newbies allowed(unless they claim to be pros), we have enough drama w/o them. PS: I post only in the latest thread shown in main page, in the weird case u want something from me, feel free to send pm

Taking advantage is a good description. They're further legitimizing exploitative behavior, and further rewarding the people who've been abusing the system.

The people running over-level right now still won't be interested in your mid-skull runs, they'll just get more reward for continuing their R1 over-level zergs.

As someone who runs over-level while TRing i can 100% confirm this.

I don't even bother to hold levels until 14-15 anymore. There's so much Heroic XP now that I don't see any need for it.

If someone puts up an LFM for a chain that I'm not "ready" for, I'll still jump on it because I know that there are enough other options that I can run when I hit that Level+2 (or Level +3) that I can take advantage of the extra speed of running in a group and the enjoyment of having a little company on the run.
No one in the world ever gets what they want
    And that is beautiful

But many others likely will - mostly those that run R2-4 at level now. So, sure, some groups will run R1 because that is faster (often those that are able to consistently run R7-10 at cap) while other groups will run R3+ for the rxp. And some players will join either group as they happen to be available which is the entire point of the change so that is alright.

Its more speed for me tbh. I'm really over TRing as a whole, so I just prefer to blast through it as fast as possible. R1 +2 levels is the fastest way to do that, and still will be. Therefore (at least for me) I wont be hitting any r4-5 lfms where people want to spend an hour in taming the flames or something.

Getting 20 and RR'ing is way more efficient than wasting time in level 19 quests. All of the lower level quests are more efficient at everything (xp/min). There is a reason why they had to boost rXP in epics. The math just showed that RR 1 to 20 trains were more effective. Of course the change to rXP came soon after most of the community who were knocking out RR's had (nearly) finished.

Honestly Bank the level so that you can take 19/20 and RR. Wasting hours in level 19 quests for a couple thousand rXP is useless. You could be lvl 7'ish and 1/3 into your next RR.
