I am having a brain fart (or I am just getting old) and can't remember but do you need to go all the way to level 30 to reincarnate an Iconic character? I have a Sun Elf Warlock sitting at 20, do I need to take it all the way to 30 first before I can TR for a second life or can I do it at 20? I just can't remember.

You do have to go to 30 to Iconic Reincarnate. Don't Epic Reincarnate and then kick yourself for having to get back to 30 again before you can Iconic Reincarnate.

Confirmed - Iconics must go to 30. This rewards you with both the current Iconic PL bonus and a Heroic class life based on dominant class.
An Iconic Reincarnation will take the current Iconic character back to start a new build, either Heroic (Lvl 1) or Iconic (Lvl 15), as you prefer.
(I've seen others think that 15 -> 20 will get the job done - not sure where that comes from except an impressive level of wishful thinking.)
