Last night I purchased two sharn packs so my wife and I could farm a rune arm she wants to try out.
Neither pack was delivered. After an about an HOUR of trial and error, running to Sharn quest giver to test access, waiting around for delivery to hit both our accounts, searching the internet to find out ***?, it appears there is a redeem code I am expected to enter somewhere... we tried entering boith "digital rights" codes in the DOO store and it said they were invalid. There was no obvious "download here" button on the order form or on the invoice. That was her day off, so she wont be back online for at least another week, so late delivery might as well be useless at this point. Plus the entire experience put her off playing DDO. Why waste risking her free time again?
I should not have to jump through hoops to get access to something I have bought. BUT IT SURE WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR ON HOW TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY. See the difference?
Check my card, I've been spending about $100 PER DAY on two accounts here. I have sent 4 help tickets in and they are giving me the run around. For that kind of customer service boilerplate, I can take my money somewhere else.
It's 2 Sharn packs at $39.99. I don't mind converting that to DDO points, either that or I want a full refund. The irony is I was considering updrading to the deluxe packs for the extras. LOL NO.
I am only bringing this here to give you the opportunity to fix this before your SSG support makes it worse and costs you a customer

UPDATE Aug 6th: About a week ago a very nice Customer Support upgraded us both to Deluxe Pacs and left clickies in our inventory that jumped us right into Sharn content with no fuss.
