Minor artifact lost on TR

I submitted as a bug, since tickets were getting nowhere.

I TR'd with a Sigil of Regalport on my character, it had one filigree in it. I am not finding it in my TR cache. I did an Iconic TR from Scoundrel to a new Scoundrel. I believe the date of my TR was 6/23/2019

In game ticket response was to search my inventory (did that about a dozen times before putting in the ticket) and to shuffle my TR cache, not sure how you are supposed to shuffle your TR cache. And since Minor artifacts are bound to character on acquire, it is impossible I had moved it to another character.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it a known bug?

I have reshuffled my inventory, I removed a lot of items form my TR cache, including the first 5 items, and guess what...

It is still not there.

Thank you for the suggestion. it is too late, (5 days now) but I did not sell it, I was wearing it when did the Iconic TR.
