heroic melee set for tempest

i am planning on doing 3 scourge lives pure.

looking for gear to punch through heroics quick and into epics

this is what i have so far....... most of it was just in my bank

Helm:exectioner
Neck:slavers - resistance, q con, con, spellsight
Trinket:slavelords
Belt:braided cutcord
Ring1:ring of power
gloves:hammerfist
Boots: flightfoot greaves
ring2:slavers - str, q str, deadly, stunning
Bracers:castigators
Armor:mist laden vestments
Goggles: gs conc opp

Helm:exectioner - can prob go if i dont keep slavers set
Neck:slavers - resistance, q con, con, spellsight slmight on all - will go once i get family set
Trinket:slavelords - not a huge deal to replace
Belt:braided cutcord - this hurts - dex, incorp, ghost touch
Ring1:ring of power - its the melee alacrity i like from this
gloves:hammerfist - i like. staying
Boots: flightfoot greaves - fom is nice. but not needed if something better
ring2:slavers - str, q str, deadly, stunning - str item right now - definitely something better - want to replace with chieftain
Bracers:castigators - this i like for self heals but not married to
Armor:mist laden vestments - will be replaced by wildcard when i get family neck
Goggles: gs conc opp - wis item only right now
