Saga turn in after latest patch

Multiple true elite saga turn ins this weekend of both main line and cogs saga no minor artifacts in any of the lists. Did I miss a patch note somewhere? Are they still in the list? They definitely drop in the quests if doing ee or reaper a fair bit. I just have every one but the one I am looking for of course. Thanks for any confirmation that they are still there and i just have bad luck.

They definitely still drop in the saga rewards. I have two characters sitting on saga rewards; both have three arts in the list.

Edit: I didn't think they dropped in cogs. Haven't seen them there before or after the patch.

I had artifacts drop in the main series saga today. I guess I've never seen them drop in the cogs saga, but I've only done that 4 to 5 times.

Honestly, they need to implement some sort of back stop on item rewards where after so many runs you can choose from a list much like they changed with raids years ago. There's still value in running the quests if an individual was seeking a mythic or reaper bonus.

As for artifacts, I've seen over 50 artifacts and still not the one I'm looking for, so you're not alone. I don't know if that's encouraging or discouraging, but I do know that running the saga 30 times (that's close to 300 quests) is a bit ridiculous.

These games shouldn't be based off of luck, and effort should account for something. Luck is great when it works out in your favor, but hypothetically with this system there is a chance you could never get an item no matter how much time or effort an individual puts in.

I'm not 20 any more, I don't have the time to continue to rely on luck.
