I have a couple of questions/comments about the weapon.

Why isn't it Improved Vorpal? With a ML15 on the dagger random drop loot is better.

Shouldn't the neg damage be light dam or maybe moon-light damage. Why would the weapon be evil in nature?

And finally, why cold dam? I understand, but freezing ice added would be cooler.

Anyway, with the amount of time/effort I put in to get 2 of these weapons, I'm terribly disappointed.

at level 15 it should have been improved vorpal, randomgens are.

I just had to nitpick this...

It's negative damage (as in opposite of positive / healing), not evil (as in opposite of good).



And yea, it should have been Imp. Vorpal.

all sharn heroic weapons have just plain vorpal, instead of improved.
this was mentioned on lamannia and unanswered.
tethyamar also had ML15 weapons and those have Improved Vorpal.

curiously enough, legendary shuriken has Superior Vorpal, other legendary sharn weapons have Sovereign.
