The Crafting public areas are hard enough to use the Bank or Auction House with the amount of people in there now.

Mounts make this even harder to interact in these areas.

Heads up (i posted in general too) that horses are reappearing on the guild ships. They were not doing this prior to the update.

At this rate we'll have mounts suppressed in every single public area, may as well remove them entirely and refund anyone who bought keep on the borderlands for them.

This ridiculous nerfing of mounts has to stop, let people use their **** mounts everywhere outside of quests, wilderness areas, taverns, public areas, banks, airships.

You can use your 'next' keyboard shortcut button to select and 'use' to use the bank or auction or ship captain without worrying about people or mounts blocking your view

I would like to point to a suggestion I made in the suggestions thread. Since people reasonably get annoyed at the number of places mounts get turned off, maybe you can make them a toggle instead of a clickie? I think that might appease many if not most. THe biggest issue isn't, IMO, "can't use mount in tavern/boat/crafting area", but rather when I enter mount gets turned off and I have to click and wait to mount again once I leave.

You can be polite and not block other player's views with your **** travelling vehicle/unit/whatever. You don't drive into a restaurant with your car either except specially built drive in lanes, do you? People are so friggin' lazy it is unbelievable....

I get that its a fantasy world. I get that SSG needs to make money, but they're supposed to be HORSES, people. They should be banned from everywhere but a wilderness area or maybe a stable(?) Its beyond stupid that people are fighting to be able to ride horses around banks and taverns and crafting halls.

Hopefully this change doesn't "ruin mounts", unless your love of them hinged on riding them in front of a crafting altar.

You also don't teleport to locations in the real world either. The beauty of video games, my friend, is not everything has to be rational. I care far more about convenience than I do rationality in a fantasy world.

Good manners are off then? You are not a video game NPC....my friend.... you are a person logging into an MMO and thus, interacting with other people as well. I care about convinience, too. And to that belongs seeing crafting stations and NPCs on ym screen. Keep your horse butt in the stable.

Nope. It takes way longer to dismount-remount than you pressing two buttons on your keyboard. Also, I teleport to restaraunts. Why on earth would I drive?

The best way to deal with this would be to just flag the crafting halls and the reincarnation airship as taverns.

They're a way to magically get places faster. I honestly don't give a fig about the horse part. I like the moving faster part.

Making me get back on the horse, taking several seconds each time isn't earth shattering, but it's the opposite of faster.

I want mounts everywhere, I want EVERY.SINGLE.NPC on mounts, even bankers, barkeepers, AH guys and mailboxes too!!!
I want players to be mounted in order to interact with said NPCs on mounts and I also want mounts by themselves loose on the world and running around carefree, even if there are zero players online. Embrace the madness!!!

I have to say, some people need to get off their high horse and use what shortcuts are available! Q and E peeps, it ain't frikin hard!

PPS - My Girls would love one!
