    Default More frequent sales

You have some stuff on sale every week, but while certain things come up for sale quite often, other things are extremely rare. Bladeforged, for example, has been on sale exactly once in all the many years it has been out. Classes, races, iconic classes, tomes (of all types, including racial), and all content (including expansions, White Plume Mountain, and Disciples of Rage) should be included in the regular rotation of sales instead of being once-a-decade options.

If nothing else you could simply put all of single category on sale at once. Instead of just a single iconic class being on sale once a year, have them all on sale at the same time once a year.

Those two, and the two most recent expansions (Ravenloft and Sharn), have never (yet) been on sale. And there's a perfectly good reason for that.

    They're new.

What many see as "a game" is also a business, and few business models embrace putting new, in-demand content on sale.

Dragonblood Prophecy was out for a couple years before it recently (within the last year or so) first went on sale. Similar w/ any/all new content. The ones you mentioned will come around, just no time soon.

Yes, they do eventually go on sale. Exactly once. Bladeforged has been out for how many years now? And has gone on sale once. I realize that Disciples of Rage has only been out for 14 months (although that's still far to long to not have a sale), but the point was that they don't have each item on sale often enough. If you miss a sale you may not see that item on sale again for 5 years or more (if ever). That is unnecessary. They could really take a clue from the way successful business do sales and have them include far more items at a time. Even DDO used to have a different adventure pack on sale every single week (instead of having several weeks in a row with nothing good on sale). They also used to have higher percentage sales while now they only do 20 to 35% except for a couple times a year. The sales used to keep me engaged in the game. When there as something I wanted to buy I had a reason to want to play. Now it is so rare to see anything I'm interested in (either because it never goes on sale or it's only 20% off) that I'm rarely motivated to bother buying anything.
