Why Is Charisma An Upgrade Option On Legendary Celestial Amethyst Ring?

Serious, this ring is obviously meant for Artificers and Warforged.......

Warforged are not generally used for classes with Charisma and artificers don't really have much of a use for Charisma aside for Use Magic Device.

I argue that the stat upgrade options should be Strength/Intelligence/Constitution.......

Is there any good reason as to why it has Charisma as an option?

Bladeforged Paladin - why not?
Bladeforged/Warforged sorc, perhaps EK build, perhaps with Paladin splash? why not.
Bladeforged pay to win niche warlock with heavy armor caster set? why not?
Bard - probably not much, but I recall at least one on Ghallanda...
