Hi, been having this problem since a couple of Windows 10 updates ago, use to work just fine and does work fine on my other, slower PCs. I play in Windowed mode and when I do something else, like look at email or a browser or even just click on the desktop, and then make the DDO window active, DDO will hang for about 2 to 3 seconds. I tried changing resolution of the DDO client, the graphics quality, updated the graphics drivers. Changed to DirectX 11, 10 & 9. Nothing I tried seems to work. Any Suggestions?

I have basically the same behaviour with my Windows 7 (64bit). I never bothered muich about it, since I just couldn't change that behaviour.

Hello, Yes seems I am having issues too. keeps prompting direct x 11 yes or no window. then nothing. ive tried reinstall game a few times and nothing. I am on direct x 12 so i dont seem to think I should have to downgrade to version 9 thru 11 just to play one game out of my library. Seems this has happened right after the sharn update. thanks, hope there will be some patch or instructions. seems just a few are having issues ...???
