EK - Medium armor proficiency

after update 42, it doesn't appear that Armored Arcana is giving Medium Armor proficiency anymore (https://ddowiki.com/page/Armored_Arcana). has anyone else noticed this? is it a known bug? i'm using Shadow Dragonscale Armor (https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Flawle...gonscale_Armor) and it worked before the update.

I noticed this today as well. I'm wearing medium but it says I'm not proficient and I don't get the PRR bonus (I might get the spell failure reduction as I don't have to roll, but I'm not sure what other sources I have of it)
