Refunding accidentally bought points?

I accidentally bought the 600 points package one more time than I had intended to. Is it possible to get refunded the money I spent in return for a deduction in said points? If so, where would I go to start this process? Submit an in-game ticket?

I wouldn't hold your breath on this one. I'm not even sure they have the ability to remove DPs from someone's account.

However, a ticket to Customer Service is the path ya need. In game GMs will certainly not do anything like that.
