Restorations Potions

Unbongah suggested getting restorations pots at level 4 but I have not had any luck finding them. I have looked at potion vender in market place and the one at portable hole. none there unless I am looking for wrong thing. Can anyone help me with this?? please?

Mule 1k gloomy restoration and death ward pots when Halloween Night Revels event comes from chocolate turn-in, then just leave a stack of 100 on your character and a refill stack of 100 in your shared bank. You get more chocolate by doing some of the dungeons and using some ingredients for the draught of midnight.

It helps to be on a heroic caster artificer with blade barrier and falconry sprint boost when it comes out. Here are speed tests. You basically sprint through letting blade barrier kill all the trailing mobs, then runearm down the boss. A disposable warlock also works well.
