Couple of Known Issues to be aware of:

The quest “Best Laid Plans” can be put into a state that blocks completion of the quest if the player loops through the basement before speaking to Victor Dabonaire.
The Saga reward givers for both the cogs and Sharn Story Dungeons grant two reward windows. The first contains the expected appropriate rewards. The second (which is not meant to exist at all) grants a choice of a few standard level 1 random loot pieces.
The armors “Turncoat” and “Wildwood Outfit” do not display their jumpsuits on the character until they toggle their armor appearance on and off.
Character ears will clip through the Silverdragon hat.
Some races will not display the “Bronze Dragonscale Plate” armor correctly.

I hope future patches may also contain more decoration for some of the places in the quests. Although this by far is the coolest expansion for DDO, there's a big difference between the feel of some of the areas you go through inside quests: empty walls and cold rooms in one area and beautifully decorated ones in another. More paintings, flowers, carpets, people, etc. would be amazing. Something similar to what you did with The Black Loch. That quest is probably one of the 'warmest' quests in the game when it comes to interior decoration. If this could be the matter of a future patch or update, I can live without seeing my ears for a while longer :-)

Tried Sharn out for about 4 hours. I have to say, from my own DDO experiences and expecting a few days downtime...

I'm on it, don't worry. They're not replacing anything, they're just erroneously tacked on to the end of a list. We'll clean the Daggers out for an upcoming patch.
