Sireth Help (Augment and Filigree)

So I TR quite a bit and don't spend a large amount of time near or at lvl 30 and I like to use quarterstaffs (every class can use them).

My main Epic weapon is Sireth (currently with Crushing Wave augment) and is 5 slots deep into Sentience (Long Shadow-3 {Attack, MP, and Int} and Celerity {Int and Reflex}).

Given or more general purpose (classes-always at least 2 levels of Rogue and feats change almost every life).

What would be one of the better Red Augments to slot?


What would be on of the better Filigrees (set or regular slots) to use?

Until Sharn drops (Real Soon Now TM), 5-piece Prowess is the way to go for any melee weapon. For augments, I usually go with Meteoric Star Ruby for a chance to get the AOE knockdown, Mabar augment for the nice level drains, or just Positive spell power to amp up my self-heals.
