Quick question about using Dex to hit and damage

I'm being a bit of a Muppet but....

Ranger using Rapiers. Using Dex to hit and damage. Whats required?

Weapon Finesse to hit and ??

Is it Improved Weapon Finesse from DWS or Graceful Death from Tempest core? or either?

I think its Imp Weapon finesse if I'm reading the Wiki right but not 100% positive

Both will work with the second core Tempest dex to hit. DWS Improved Weapon Finesse allows you to dex damage earlier at level 2 which can be swapped out after level 6 when you get the 3rd core Graceful Death in Tempest tree.

Edit: So 12 AP at the end of level 3 you can have dex to hit and damage.

I apologise profusely. Apparently Rapiers are considered something else other than light weapons or heavy weapons for Rangers in DDO and you require Weapon Finesse when you use them.

Believe me, I only meant well.
