Can Dumpster Fire open barriers like other Bludgeon Shot rune arms like Glass Cannon?
It's a huge convenience feature for artis, especially ranged, especially when using Attach Weapon so you can't just switch to melee...
On one of these gloves would be fine instead of Quick Draw, giving EK a reason to go with the Battle Mage set thank you.

Ghostly need to be on a item that melee would be interested, since they are the front line, other than glove or neckace, since they are already part of the DPS set.
Maybe on this one, since it is could be literally useful for everyone, not just melee. Removing the Temperance of believe. Maybe even changing quality resistance for Resistance 14?

Re: The Quick Draw debate
Is it possible just to enhance what it gives you if you already have the feat, through EK or naturally? Like some small stacking speed factor or a small amount of melee/magic power? It would give Artys Quick Draw without being completely redundant for EKs and is similar to some other design choices in DDO
I would like to see ghostly on some of the family set items since that is a popular set for many melees.
Or perhaps on the "celestial" rings such as

It could replace the insightful physical sheltering for example. Celestial has a ghostly feel to it by name and idea.
The Gauntlet of the Iron Council is not recalculating the filigree bonuses or Augment Slot Bonuses on login.
Steps to reproduce with 3160 xp
1. Socket a Globe of True Imperial Blood in the Blue Socket
2. Add Beast Mantle: Constitution (Rare)
3. Add Beast Mantle: Strength (Rare)
4. Add Purity/Touch of Grace: Healing Amplification (Rare)
Seriously, there certainly IS a decent build equipment combination reason if you are a Pale Master. The only other quality INT 5 item in this update is a (non pale master friendly) belt which competes with the Legendary Silver Thread Belt which is the best in slot source of enhanced nullification.

Is it on purpose, that this is the only Raid Item with normal Stats instead of insightful or quality?
Compared to the 1st Version from Preview 1 it went from "Wow Great Item" to "Nice, Sentinent exp".

And the only problems with these Items were the mixing of Doubleshot and insightful Doubleshot, which should have been put to order by making one of both stats (e.g. Doubleshot) for both helms and the other (e.g. Insightful Doubleshot) on the Bracers. And the Artifacts insightful Acc / Deadly, which doubled with the Ranged Set (and the Melee Set as well btw.) and should have been swapped for Quality on all three. And it makes perfect sense, that an Artifact provides a type of Enhancement, that was unavailable / very rare before (qual. Acc / Deadly).
And then the ppl who just look for their own gain started to swap stuff around. Now we have Distant Diversion doubled on the Ranged Set (Gloves and Raid Helm), lost Ins. Deadly / Acc. for the Wis based Ranged (Monkcher / Falconry) have Dex and Int Based melees with double ins. Deadly between the melee set and the Artifacts etc. pp.
I pointed to this Problem/Situation with several Posts in the Artifact and Loot Threads with Preview 1 and 2 and didnt even get a response while other ppl got their single minded egocentric wishes made real while always someone else complained. Is this preview working in any way i dont get? like Answers and wishes only for / to Vip´s or make sure to post just before the Devs get on and read the last few Posts or something?
And of course i understand, that you cant reply to all posts, but i read through all the previews lately and was trying to see problems for some build or another and was really taking time thinking it through for all builds that came to mind and i think to actually try to make things better for everyone and not just me personally whould have been at least worth some response or consideration.

I think the tank set looks good. I still feel that Citadel's Gaze needs some work to compete with Standard Issue Faceplate. I tested both in reaper and the Standard Issue Faceplate just works far better. Please consider the following changes to Citadel's Gaze.
Citadel's Gaze Raid Helmet

- Command +11 This armor or shield always appears brilliant and gleaming, no matter what the conditions and despite all attempts to paint over or obscure it. Coveted by military leaders of all sorts, it carries a powerful aura that grants a +11 Quality bonus on Charisma-based skill checks. Command armor and command shields make their owners very noticeable, imposing a -6 penalty on Hide checks.
- Undying Vanguard (3 charges) Heal yourself for 1000 HP. For 20 seconds, you gain 10,000 temporary HP.
Justification
1. Natural Armor is needed since no other Sharn items give Natural Armor than Standard Issue Faceplate. High Armor class is needed at the high end and far outweighs the Heal proc. I'm suggesting Insightful Natural Armor since a +8 Augment could be socketed with it giving a competitive Natural AC with the Standard Issue Faceplate.
2. Command should be changed to a different bonus type since that made this stop stacking with the Legendary Celestial Emerald Ring. Also, if tanks need super high intimidate then that pigeon holes us into needing the Stolen Signet of ir'Wynarn. I'm guessing the bonus was changed so that Greater Heroism stayed relevant.
3. Undying Vanguard gives this a fun tank cooldown that gives this a bit more edge over Standard Issue Faceplate. If that might be too much fun then consider Legendary Affirmation, Radiant Sphere (3 charges) or Identity Crisis instead.

Agree with Elearim on Sharn Wallwatch Set Items (Ranged DPS).
The lost of Deadly from the Raid Helm, and get a Distant Diversion that is already in the Gloves that you need for the set. was weird.
But if you think that to add Deadly is to OP, then swap it for something else, but no repeat something that is already in the set, please.

NO, Temperance was voted on by the community, and should not be removed since that's what the vote decided.
Everyone needs decent saves so I think changing the Quality Resistance 4 to Resistance 14/17 would be great.
Please look elsewhere to add Ghostly such as the Profane Stats ring.
This is a downgrade from the originally proposed greataxe, as it now lost sovereign vorpal. It gained quelling strikes? From my perspective as a greataxe user, this is a worthless addition - even if the quell effect worked on bosses. I'm picking up a greataxe to deal damage, not to provide a cute little debuff.
I don't like this weapon at all.
I don't like this entire expansion, from the gear to the lack luster raid to the cut and paste landscape in Sharn. Every suggestion asked for by the unfavored players/classes has been ignored or dismissed and it seems to me apparent that the meta of the classes played by the dev team are being heavily favored by the team. Maybe you should just roll a pure monk,TWF rog,tempest,if you want to play THF go wolf,If tank go arti tank, if dc casting go dc caster/favored soul.
