Default Broken character and ignored by in game support

I have a character that has been broken since right after the extended down time earlier this year. I opened a ticket on March 15th to get my character fixed and was contacted within a reasonable time by a GM that tried to help, but after a couple of tries he couldn't fix me and needed to pass me over to a senior gm that would be able to fix me. I have waited weeks, almost months, to get resolved and I've been online most of those days since then, but still no resolution, and now they've closed my ticket.

Can someone look into my tickets and help me get my character fixed? It shouldn't take this long and I've been more than patient.

    These are the ticket numbers:

5168386 closed now with no resolution
5178868 new ticket since the old one was closed on me without resolution

Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.
    - My opinion on exploiters and cheaters blaming SSG for unfair punishment.

Wow, it may have been coincidence but my favorite in-game GM replied to my new ticket not long after this and was able to get me unbroken. Woohoo.
