Is anyone else not able to connect to a server?

I could not get past the shadar-kai splash screen on my laptoop using hotspot for hours (after being able to do so earlier in the day), but was able to log in and play on desktop at home without issue.

Same here, but didn't do the rain dance - went the chicken sacrifice route (which was delicious btw). In IN also with Comcast.

Maybe you could provide us with the domain name to IP list so we can temporarily get it working via host file entries?

This, since it could take 24-48 hours for an ISP to update DNS info. 'A few hours' means less than 5 to me, and that has come and gone.

Minor change as of 18:00 - now I get to the DDO splash screen showing the ambush by the two Shadar-kai instead of a blank white screen. However, there's still no eventual load.

I have two accounts and run them on two separate computers. On both the launcher works fine, I can login and select a server. However, when the launcher attempts to launch the game the client will essentially lockup on the first full DDO screen after a few seconds.

Same here. My wife is able to log in sitting right next to me using the same exact laptop, connection, etc.

I am now uninstalling and reinstalling as I saw a post on FB that said there was an issue with patch and connection to server. I will update after the download and install finishes.

I am using those. Another computer, right beside me, logs in fine. Both of these computers are exactly the same hardware and win10 version/build. Same AV software with same settings. They are mirrors of each other.

We have corrected an issue related to a third party registrar, and have been working to repropagate DNS information. Many people should have their log in or patching issues resolved at this time. If not, it may be a few hours yet as ISPs update their DNS information.

I've tried 15+ different public DNS providers and still cannot log in. I cleared my DNS cache between each change of DNS server settings. I confirmed the changes took between each switch via nslookup, too.

That combined with other people in this thread reporting that they're able to log in successfully while using Google's DNS servers but I could not while using them (both 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), it's not looking like it's a DNS propagation issue.

I've tried the entire list from here: https://www.lifewire.com/free-and-pu...ervers-2626062 as well as more than a handful from: https://public-dns.info/nameserver/us.html.
