Is anyone else not able to connect to a server?

Some info for the devs now I've finally got a fresh installation up.

The new installation remains incomplete, 201 error as others have experienced prevnting start up despite a fresh installation after you put the new client up. The following files were missing after comparing to my working installation:

client_anim.dat
client_cell_1.dat
client_cell_2.dat
client_gamelogic.dat
client_general.dat
client_highres.dat
client_local_English.dat
client_map_1.dat
client_map_2.dat
client_mesh.dat
client_sound.dat
client_surface.dat
projectversion
TurbineInvoker.exe
TurbineLauncher.exe
TurbineRegisterGDF.exe

Whether this remains a dns issue after a very long time I got it to install, is anyones guess. But this would be similar to what my family member experienced a few months back from their fresh installation. So fresh installation issues may not be immune to current problems.

sunday may 5 ddo still crashing every time I try to get into hold of ship or any where not the market I am still crashing, are you going to fix your issue soon? cant change characters either without rebooting game

I now get constant lag
crashes when traveling between zones
no loading screens just a white grid on a grey background

Your problem as it has been described looks like the one that is specifically resolved by opening up your UserPreferences.ini file, found in My Documents -> Dungeons and Dragons Online, and then deleting the block of text found under [DownloadFileTimes].

Make sure to make a backup of your preferences file before changing anything just in case this doesn't solve your problem.
