Character is still being saved

Hello,

I am Rakhmateill from Ghallanda. I'm actually doing a TR session with some friends and my character is now " still being saved " since 4 hours now. I submitted tickets online, I tested everything to try to solve this but, I can't log in.

We are waiting since many hours, and I have no answer. It's quite sad to say that but I'm VIP ( also spending between 50 and 200$ per month in TP ) and not being able to play my only day off is very frustrating.

Would like to have an answer or a solution please. Thx

Try logging on a different server log into a character on that server then quit game and try getting back on your main, might work might not. This is what I try first when having login issues.

If your still on creating the new tr via character creation I'd stay put. As I have no clue on that one

I tried this but it's not working. I'm pretty sure it's a server bug or something like that... I just want a GM to answer IG or to " change " my account.

This is still an open issue for me. Response via ticket is not realy fast. And GM response is more or less always " oh you were not online, therefore we closed your request. Please open the request with the affected character. Sorry, but thats not realy helpful if I cannot log in with my only toon!
Does anyone have an addional idea how to deal with this problem?

Certainly not since 9 months ago, when this thread was last active.

Response via ticket is not really fast.

Won't be on a weekend. Same w/ GM's.

"Still" in this context means that this bug still exists and yes my intention was to make use of an existing thread instead of spaming the forum with new ones. But what is your experience in the response time to an open ticket?
