Can't log in

Can't log in game, forums or Standing Stone MyAccount. The account I'm using to post here is another account. When I try to log the account I'm having trouble with, it says the password is incorrect: "The username and password combination you have entered was not valid. Remember that password is case sensitive."

I did reset the password, it didn't work with the new one either.

Were you able to finally get in? I STILL cant get into my accounts. I submitted a ticket request 2 weeks ago and havent heard back from anyone. I want to play so bad I made another account but I spent alot of time and money on my characters and I just want to play on my main account! I tried the password resets, links, ticket requests, etc. Frustrated! =(
