Regarding Keen/Impact on heroic weapons. Wouldn't Keen II be appropriate for ML15?

The armor (outfit and docent) in the Esoteric set has an Exceptional bonus (on the armor. not set bonus). The set bonuses for the other item sets (Flamecleansed, Arcsteel, etc) are Artifact bonuses.

I just tested it last night... it was the first thing I did because I thought that 100% spell crit would be pretty OP.

Here is a comparison of a couple new set options for a Fire Sorcerer.

    Flamecleansed Fury with Clouded Dreams:
    +70 Fire Spellpower
    +20 Fire Lore

    Esoteric Influence:
    +80 Fire Spellpower
    +10 Fire Lore

Personally, I'd trade 10 spellpower for 10 lore. (especially when you have over 1200 spellpower already)

I guess that's not really a fair comparison. The Esoteric set caster would also probably have the new necklace (Pendant of the Azure Sky Necklace) and that would give him an additional 2% lore and 10 more spellpower. I still think the Flamecleansed caster comes out way ahead.

Replace Adamantine with some type of slow effect. Limb Chopper maybe? Or some other slowing effect that I just can't think of right now..
I'm not sure you want to make a change like this. When leg freezing ice prots, why would you want another slowing affect. But moreimportantly, there is a synergy to having adamantine and freezing ice. Since adamantine will bypass the mobs in cases in ice. Something that other freezing ice weapons miss out on.,

Add something maybe, but do not replace the adamantine.

The temperance of belive could perhaps be +1 MRR cap per lore instead ? the insightfull MRR i dont see many would find usefull ? Or even better give a spell resistence bonus ?

    Default Legendary Order's Garb

Legendary Order's Garb seems to be broken. It does not have a minimum level and it's stats are a bit wonky.

This was asked in relation to THF. The cleaves are messed up, and doublestrike doesn't work.

For the third time in this thread, can some attention be given to the THF issues? Or are y'all thinking that's just a dead build -despite the number of us who play heavy DPS THF melees?

Deconstructor is the best aug in the game and will bypass that DR for you. There are also some new Adamantine DR breaking gloves too. Legendary Ice is nice, but it doesn't have 100% proc rate, I was just thinking more CC options wouldn't be bad. Kind of like how Timeshard has both Identity Crisis and Legendary Paralysis. If one doesn't land, the other does type of thing. I don't use dwarven axes though, so I'm not really that invested in this particular weapon, was just giving some input.

Not in this thread, no. This is not the right place for this discussion. My priorities right now are:

1: Make sure all of Sharn's itemization works
2: Make sure all of Sharn's loot is fun
    3: literally anything else

In the spirit of #1 and maybe #2 a little, any thoughts on my prior comments (post #166 on pg 9 of this thread).

I'm not harping on the no light armor option for DC/DPS casters set issue, but I am greatly concerned about the Esoteric set being incompatible with the only Int-based, DPS caster focused minor artifact (bracers required for the set and minor artifact is bracers) as well as Esoteric being the only set that locks out the community item Collective Sight which would be really nice to have available to all sets due to its great versatility.

I agree. I just didn't want to see yet another leg ice weapon that "had to use" there slot for adam is all. I think another slow affect is nice, just not in replacement.

We are all here for input. All good.

First Impressions, mostly focused on caster gear as that is my preferred playstyle.

Where is the love for Force and Sonic? there isn't much at cap that really adds to that. They are niche, but EKs would love it, Chain Missile and Disintegration users would love it, Blade Barrier/untyped damage spell users would love it. Air sorcerors and Bards would love more resonance items. Is it possible to have some alternate items (or standalone non weapon/orb items) for some of these in spell based sets to get these types? Acid isn't really represented in these sets either. Given the singular nature of specific spell power groups, it would be nice if more of these items were like the Barovian belts, with different combinations. You have it started with those staves, but that won't help my EK. Force/Resonance, Light/Positive, Cold/Negative, Elec/Fire, Fire/Light, Cold/Acid, Acid/Repair (for the elusive rust spells), Elec/Resonance, etc. You have some of these represented in set bonuses, why not reflect that in standard bonuses? Arcsteel gauntlets can easily give bonuses akin to the set bonuses for fire/elec/force without being game-breaking. Getting multiple types is tough, especially when you are likely trying to get multiple focus items amongst schools, and then with EKs, also getting some melee gear. Non casters don't have to deal with benefits to certain weapons or damage types outside of melee/ranged, stop making it so difficult to use the spells of less represented damage types or underused spells. And as a wizard, who doesn't specialize by damage type like other casters, it would be nice to legitimately be able to use more than 2 elements in lockstep with each other (Fire/Acid,Elec/Cold) or types that seem almost nonexistent in gear (Force/Sonic, to a lesser extent Light, though clearly that is a focus in the Divine gear). The only balance change of having more of these dual typed spell power/crit abilities is being able to use a couple more viable spells to help coverage and helps close the gap of being shut out by certain mobs. The barovian belts didn't exactly break the game or make casters OP. I was hoping for more items of that format in this expansion.

Already mentioned, the bracers in the Spell DPS set and the caster oriented Minor Artifact conflict.

Neither here nor there, given how reapers work, I think it is time for Healing Amplification Unification. Negative, Positive, and Repair are all healing, making hamp just one thing that impacts all three helps those Warforged get more heals, while still having reasonable self heal on elite and low reaper. Spell power can be different, but healing is healing. If you can be healed by it, hamp should amplify it.

change prr into sheltering, save"X" into resistance bonus, add some cool power attack and rage bonus combo to the sets.

    medium armor:
Double the bonus from power attack or strength&con when raging. (that's a temp +10 str&con for a few min on a pure barb)
Or add + barb dr (stacking only with barb dr)
or add a damage bonus based on 2hf feats on all the armors

or add some kind of compensation for 2hf, something that deals with the broken state of the game, this way we can see something else but casters and ranged toons in the meta.

Really glad I got my Bard life out of the way a while ago then, this is probably the most disincentivizing thought process and since it's already being applied to both Bard and Warlock, who knows how much farther it will go on.

    Sorcerer, sure. Warlock? Survey says...

You can contrast that with Warlock, who is simply proficient by default but is NOT allowed to make use of their innate proficiency granted to them simply for being a Warlock.

How about a raid Falchion? That would aid the THF style.

Falchion: Radiance - Keen V, Sovereign Vorpal, Coruscating (10d6 Light damage), Metalline, - Upgrade to add chance of Sunburst that does lots of additional Light damage (40d6?) in an area and forces a DC 90 Will save or the foe that was hit is blinded.

Also add: Red Slot & Purple Slot

The visual effect of the weapon (what it looks like) could be similar to the Sunsword but it would be bigger and falchion-shaped.
