Sharn Filigree

Below are the new sentient filigree sets which will have a chance to drop in Sharn and post-sharn content. These filigree are the start of generation 2 of Filigree and like with generation 1 (from Ravenloft to Killing Time) as new filigree are added to this generation they will drop in all content that these filigree drop in. Generation 1 Filigree will not drop in Sharn or post-sharn content.

Okay, wow, these are some nice sets. That 75 melee power on Sanctified Fervor is gonna be pretty big, even if it is only 1/minute. Honestly I'd rather see it reduced to 25 and let it be an always-up thing to the extent that you can manage it.

With the new Minor Artifacts it is NOT exclusive with Prowess, either, which is gonna be . . . blargh.

3% sonic spell crit damage on Reverberation is really feeble. 15-25% would be more reasonable, especially considering that it's a weird hybrid caster/attack set bonus.

Does Through the Mists also work with IMPROVED uncanny dodge? Because those abilities have a pretty long cooldown. It'd be good if it could be used with both of them.

Overall some pretty neat stuff here.

It's a great idea and is on our short list for further gen 2 filigree, but we have no plans of adding an additional set to the current lineup for this release.

any chance the +1 to caster level for positive spells be changed to divine spells, which should still cover positive spells? arcane casters have always had items that give +1 to their caster levels, divines haven't.

Yeah. Kind of weird that it only offers dex as an attribute but bases its highest tier ability on a str-based tactic. I'd prefer something like bumping that bonus up by x4, and then basing it on a normally unused feat, like Sap, that doesn't require a save check. Then you could call it Next Sap.

Sweeping Strikes: Melee Quarterstaff Trip Cleave Attack: +1/3/5[W] to all nearby enemies and trips them. (Listed DC: Balance DC 10 + Rogue Level + Dexterity Modifier Negates trip). Cooldown: 30/25/20 seconds.
