    Default I wanted to re-post this here so more eyes could be aware of some graphic issues

    Is the in-game appearance for the Legendary Hallowed Trail cloak final? Its incredibly plain and boring. The "hat" items are also not very exciting, although the new helm Standard Issue Faceplate is quite lovely and perfect for a half-elf.

    My character's hair (human female with short hair) cut through the collars of the medium armors (Mark IV & Blessed Vestments). Also the Legendary Wildwood Outfit and Legendary Turncoat appeared identical on my same human female and they identically were missing their lower half - exposing her knickers. I'm not sure how I feel about the Nicholson-esque Coattails suits... except that they aren't very feminine and thus not particularly appealing to myself.

    The Legendary Enforcer's Coat is interesting and different, reminiscent of a Star Wars style. I like it, but I'm not sold on the color choice. The Legendary Moonguard Buckler cuts into my character's hand/arm badly.

    Legendary Order's Garb and Legendary Watch Captain's Platemail/Blessed Bulwark are very nicely done. And the Legendary Crystalline Ward is perhaps the most beautiful item of the batch. The new orbs have a very fascinating steampunk appearance.

    So much gray. Really. I would seriously like to have a conversation with one of the art devs about armor color selection.
    Assuming something better hasn't been chosen for the Hallowed Trail Cloak... this would make a nice Sharn Cloak:

    • Shield Guardian Hirelings have updated sounds
    • The engine will no longer limit video/virtual memory usage as harshly on systems which have sufficient virtual memory. The game should properly take advantage of virtual memoryresources available to it.
    • The character sheet UI now uses abbreviated class names, and has moved all four class fields onto the same line
    • The character sheet UI now displays your Offhand Doublestrike underneath Doublestrike.
    I totally missed all this great info! I see you edited this post in the afternoon when you first made it in the morning. You should always make ANOTHER dev post, to let us know you made an edit! (of course you may have done that and I missed that as well)

    So this entire preview I have been trying to get the lammania client loaded.

    No problem running the live server, the preview client refused to decompress files so I uninstalled and reinstalled the lammania client and it was loading and loading and this morning it was almost done when I left for work. This evening I get home stare at the lammania client with the login window and try to login and no connection. restart the client and get the "connecting to patch server....failed" server connection timed out.


    So my take U42 Preview 2 is....Failed.
    The blinking Drooam "backpack" is NOT a party buff. But its fun to say it is.

    I managed to drop into a deep ditch area within the Cogs Wilderness and I don't think I could climb out or escape by any method... It was near pitch black so if there was a method I could not see it, but I kept leaping up at walls and stuff to see if I could get any footing purchase on the ditch walls, etc.
