Do I own Ruins of Threnal?

Yes, it's a very odd question, but it's one that has me scratching my head.

I stopped playing the game for... a while. When I came back I needed to check to see what Adventure Packs I owned, and looked at which guest passes I could purchase to do so. Ruins of Threnal was, and still is, among those guest passes. Today I finally got to level to play through Ruins of Threnal, but when I went to travel into the Adventure Zone I got a premium content advert instead. This was confusing, so I checked which adventure packs I could purchase and to my surprise saw the Ruins of Threnal there... while also still seeing the ability to purchase a guest pass to the Ruins of Threnal as well.

So now I'm just completely and totally confused if I even own this content. Email records are incomplete from that date and time, otherwise I'd know for sure if I had purchased it or not. So other than saying I think I stopped playing the game sometime around early 2012, I don't have much I can say to assist. Apologies for the lack of help.

Ultimately it's OK if the answer is "No, you do not own that content." It's been awhile, the game changed development studies and records may have been lost. But I need to know if being halfway flagged for Ruins of Threnal is going to create problems for me if and when I decide to repurchase the content. Last thing I need is for me to hit the buy button and have half my store content disappear on me... or get flagged as a free account again.

There is a long standing bug with the 'Ruins of Threnal: Guest Pass' erroneously being listed (even if you haven't purchased the Adventure Pack) on a: Free to Play account.

You could contect the customer support, they can tell you what you have.
(I did so only recently, because after several years of a hiatus I had forgotten what packs I had.)

Thank you for the information. I at least know now that purchasing/repurchasing the adventure pack is unlikely to cause any problems.

Isn't that what this forum is for? The welcome thread in the pinned to the start seems to suggest that it works the same as contacting a GM in game, only much slower.

Which is exactly what I'm looking for as I don't need this resolved right away. It's just that unlike the whole being reverted to free from premium thing, it isn't going to resolve itself with my first micro-transaction.

It shows for me too. No I have never bought Threnal - it's obviously a bug. I have done some on a guest pass once...

It makes me wonder though - could a group "guest pass" each other into Threnal without actually buying the pack? Or will the pass not actually go through the checkout?

And issue resolved forever (one can hope) as I've just purchased Ruins of Threnal. I can't seem to find a close or delete thread option, so consider this bookend the end of all discussion.
