I am a 19 year old player looking for a very active guild. I played a lot when I was younger and now I am coming back looking for a fun, helpful and active guild. Right now I am playing a pure bard and having a great time.

I noticed you are looking for an active guild. I would suggest checking with Bluelight or Barbarian's Guild. They are very active - but don't do as much as a whole guild (like running quests or raiding) as Synergia or Truth Seekers do (they are high endgame raiding reaper guilds). If you are interested in a smaller player guild that runs together or atleast... attempts to, check with Endurance or Scarcity if you see them online, or send them a tell. It was my old guild before I transferred away from Argonessen. It's a tiny guild level 56 with the max guild buffs (except the experience shrine, four levels away.)
