Not yet. Still looking.
My guild is medium sized and on Ghallanda. Level 112 with the big ship and all buffs (for our level). We are a relaxed, helpful and friendly guild with no expectations of our members, only that you are respectful in all dealings. We are part of the Ghallanda Fellowship, an alliance of guilds with a chat channel and discord server. We raid regularly. Most members are in the US but we have some EU members too. I am happy to invite you to join us, if you roll a toon on Ghallanda - just let me know your toon name either here or in a PM.
Welcome to DDO.

Orien also has a few guilds that are very newby friendly and don't mind to take you along I think.
Not in such a guild myself, just sharing that it might be an option. Anyhow, the above sounds like a nice offer

Check out The Wulfepack on Sarlona. We have a range of players from new to longtime vets. As a bonus the guild leader is Canadian and we do a few other Canucks in the guild. A link to our website is in my signature.
