    Are you seriously putting 94% fortification on a level 15 item? Why do you think this is useful? Just replace this trash stat with a blue augment slot... Also... it is nice to see the copy/paste in action with all the armor sets...

    Ravenloft was a royal mess trying to build gear sets because of the way you duplicated stats and effects all over the place, and this is looking even worse.

    To start with you duplicated a handful of stats just like in RL. You are completely missing other things. Will Save is an example. Save numbers have reached ridiculous levels, and now you don't even have all the base (enhancement?) saves on the gear. Why can't you just go back to one base Saves value, as opposed to splitting them into individual (reflex, will, fort) saves?

    The only item with base Constitution is a belt. On that belt you have Heal Amp. You already have Heal Amp on half the armors? Why have it on the belt? Why not just have it on all the armors and put something useful on the belt, like say base Saves, all of them not just one type.

    You have pretty necessary itemization for melee DPS & Tank builds on items that conflict for slots. I can't comment on casters because I don't play them or know how to itemize them effectively.

    It looks like you did the put everything on two dartboard (one for the stat / effect and one for the slot) and throw a limited number of darts to pick the slots method, again. Your itemization layout is somewhere between a joke and a dumpster fire. It might work for a couple specific builds, but in general it is going to be a nightmare. MAYBE with a couple crafted slave lords pieces it could be made to work, but you say the set bonus form SL won't stack, so it's half-shooting yourself in the foot.

    Im pretty sure there is no weapon designed that forces loss of an item slot

    The Arcsteel Battlemage armors (BOTH of them) should give REPAIR amp instead of HEAL amp.

    I also don't get what the heck is going on with Aetherbrand, Dusk Lenses, and Attunement's Gaze. Why do the Raid GOGGLES have the same bonuses as the BRACERS while you lose the good non-raid GOGGLES to get the set bonus? That's screwy. The Aetherbrand and the Dusk Lenses should switch bonus lists, and, frankly, the raid GOGGLES should be the ones with Spell Focus Mastery AND Insightful Spell Focus Mastery. That way you actually feel like you gained something from getting the raid goggles--slot consolidation.

    It should look like this:

    Unique Quest Weapons - Most of these (8/12) weapons have a Vorpal effect. It's fairly monotonous. Vorpal should be somewhat rarer than this, I believe. A few really common weapon types are missing from the quest and raid weapon list: Warhammer, Rapier, Longsword.

    Raid Weapons - So if I'm reading this right. These weapons drop with 3 effects and 1 augment slot instead of the standard 4 and 2. So we have to upgrade them twice to get them up to par with other raid weapons... and the final tier 3 upgrade is just 0.5W? This seems like a lot of work for a tiny bonus. I'm not sure how much effort will have to go into upgrading these items. Since the bonuses are this small it should be fairly easy to upgrade the items.

    If it is a lot of work to upgrade them from tier 1 -3, then the bonuses need to be bumped up a bit. On a 1d8+3 raid weapon 0.5W less than 4 extra damage. If it was a full 1W that would be somewhat more reasonable. Perhaps change of the upgrade order so Tier 1 gives the 4th effect, Tier 2 gives 0.5W and Tier 3 grants a 5th effect? That seems like something that's worth chasing after.

    Quest Items - Over all quite few basic effects seem to be missing - Very few items have saving throw bonuses - No resistance or Fortitude bonuses. Only 1 reflex save and 2 Will Save items. Natural Armor, Protection, Parrying are also under represented. I'm happy to see a Spell Resistance item, those have been neglected over the past few years. It would be nice to see an insightful or quality SR item. There are very few of them in the game at the moment.
