Default Unable to Install due to Microsoft Commando Defender?

So, this is a new one for me. I'm trying to return to playing the game after a long hiatus.

I tried to install it on my new Windows 10 Gaming Laptop that's a rent to own at the moment and it came up with some "Windows Commando Defender" thing. I do not know what to do. Advice, please?

    Be more precise please.

What program, exactly, is popping up?

What is the exact message you're getting?

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

Default Update: Managed to get it to work.

So, finally tried it through Steam. I also did some research. Apparently rent to own companies do not like some software in the standard website DDO package. Weird. But, got it fully.

Apparently the Windows Commando Defender is some program to keep track of PCs, Laptops, etc. for those companies and to prevent unwanted software being stuck on them. Go figure.
