I have been looking for a current version of this build, or anything close to it. Dwarf with TWF/D-axes and was going to go STR based. I only really need to level 20 for doing HTR. Any help would be appreciated!

Those builds were rendered obsolete by the ranger pass which made the last two core Enhancements a lot more powerful. There's not much reason not to use the 18/1/1 Tempest Trapmonkey unless you really need the extra PRR from defensive stance.
Semi-retired Build Engineer. Everything was better back in our day. Get off my lawn.
