    Default When it says a warlock ability scales with X % spell power, does it mean it caps?

    caps at 150%? or does it mean it scales more than what is the standard and doesn't have a cap. meaning 300 spell power will become 450?

    Effectively the latter. It will increase at 1.5x spellpower.

    Definitely not the cap thing.
