Tendon slice CC interaction with insightful

Anyone knows how the 2 crafted tendon slice effects work together?

If i make an offhand for throwing will they stack up in effect or update the same effect or something else?

I am not entirely sure what you ask - but, I would venture a guess that says different/separate proc chances. Unless it got changed, just as different values of tendon slice (provided, of course, these different values are equipped) provides separate proc chances, so it seems plausible that 2 crafted items would do the same - PROVIDED they have separate values. In short: if you have 2 different item/values equipped, you would have 2 chances for proc on each hit. (And yes, tendon slice works on throws).

So it has Tendon slice, and Insightful Tendon slice crafted on the weapon.


A) They each have a chance to add its own separate slow effect with own duration but do not stack eg: 50% not 50%+?
B) They each have a chance to add its own separate slow effect and stack up from 50% ?
C) They add the same effect but refresh the same duration more often?

Trying to determine how useful it is for slowing down things, especially on LHOX and Leg raids, where it seems mobs move reallly fast.
