Hello

I noticed something weird and at first i bug reported it but i am not sure if it is a bug or WAI.

When a henhin monk with the tier 4 enhancement focus is wearing the Nobles' regalia everytime the focus retriggers you get a warning saying you have multiple items granting exceptional bonus to spell power.

This is not a problem but there is also an animation and sound like a fear reaper is near and it is very annoying since it comes every 6 seconds or so.

As i said i am not sure if this is WAI but i ended up removing focus just because it was so annoying.

So my suggestion is: Keep the text notification but remove the animation and sound.
