Default Looking for advice on Warlock DC caster build

My Warlock Draconic DC caster alt is currently sitting at:
112 cha, 66 wis, 108 Wail DC, 102 Mass Hold DC, 72 Frog DC.

I am looking for advice on how to make him better without farming more past lives. I have the following now:

+7 tomes, Epic compl, 6 heroic PL (3 wiz, no fvs), 6 racial PL (2 cha races).

Heroic Feats: Quicken, Enlarge, Wiz PL, SF Necro, GSF Necro, SF Ench, Spell Pen
Epic Feats: Arcane Insight, Embolden, 2xCHA, 26: +4d6 blast, 28: Mass Frog, 29: Deific Warding, 30:
    Shadowfell

35 Racial points (14 in caster tree, 21 in tank tree)

84 AP (4 racial) with 41 in Soul Eater, 25 in Tainted Scholer, 7 in Harper, 10 in Draconic, 1 spare (I could get 1 more cha with 7 in Falconry, but decided for 4 spell pen from Draconic, not enough racial ap for 6 spell pen or better yet both spell pen and +1 cha from Falconry)

EA + twists for +3 spell pen, +2 necro dc, meld, +1 cha, cocoon

Yugo pots, +2 all stats pots

    Gear:
Googles: Visions of Precision (+17 / +8 wisdom)
Helm: Pansophic (I dont have a +2 reaper version but obviously would like to have one)
Neck: Slavers crafted (Q Wis, Spell Sight, Resistance, Sheltering)
Trinket: Cannith hamp, ins con, spell saves
    Armor: Mist-Laden
    Cloak: Slavers named
Bracers: Slavers crafted (Impulse, Heal, Con, Q Con)
Belt: Burnscale (for stacking fire spell power, could do without)
    Ring: Slavers named
Ring: Slavers crafted (Kinetic Lore, Dex, Q Dex, no last effect yet but nothing good to be had)
Boots: Softsole (Ghostly, +9 Ins Cha)
    Gloves: Innate Arcanum (+19 cha / +4 Q cha)
Weapons: Nightmothers + LGS w/ hamp, +2 exec cha, affirmation
    Quiver: Alacrity
    Cosmetic: +1 all skills mask

    Filigrees: 4x Beholder incl. 1 cha + 2 cha fili + 3x 1 cha fili

    Augments:
+2 necro, +2 ench, +2 conj (evards), +2 trans (frog),
+2 Good Luck, +2 festive wis, Globe of True Imperial Blood
Draconic Sould gem, Masters Gift, Immunity to Blindness
    False Life, Death Block

I know I lack the following none of which I am very likely to get though:
    Heroic Completionist (+2 all stats)
    Racial Completionist (+2 all stats)
More reaper points (+1 dc, +1 cha)
    More racial AP (+1 cha)
    Tiefling soon (+1 cha)
Reaper bonus hat (+2 all stats)
    +20 cha gear (+1 cha)
    +8 tomes
For another +6-7 dc -but I hear about people with above 120 DC and wonder what I am missing as I would still be well below 120.

I could also twist in more cha or take +cha as more epic feats but I dont see that as viable.

Anything else I am missing? Any advice is very welcome

These rumoured 120+ dc are minmaxing a specific DC, using unsustainable buffs like the reaper DC boost clicky and arcane insight etc.
and/or are otherwise compromised builds (eg gnome focusing entirely on PK etc).

I run a similar build to you, but I don't take GSF Necro or SF Enchant, instead I take greater spell pen and epic spell pen as I like killing Drow on R10.

I run a +8 tome, an extra +1 cha twist as I don't take cocoon (you don't need it as in EA you already have 2 healing spells). More racial AP would snag me another +1 cha as you mentioned, along with the +1 from Tiefling soon. I use the +20 cha necklace too and a less-than perfect reaper ability bonus helm that doesn't do much else LOL. I have 4x beholder + 4x ottos.

Thunderholme armor can give you +1 profane bonus to dc (you will need to get +2 profane stat bonus from somewhere else - trinket, gloves or ring)
Thunderforged weapon can give you +1 exceptional bonus to dc (hard to fit in given you're using GS for exceptional cha -note, I get my ins con from the GS weapon too, and I switch to a wisdom stick for frog, so I don't use any Cannith crafted items)

So if you don't want more lives, I'd say in this order: get more reaper points, +8 tome, change twist for another cha, ottos/beholder double filigree set, +20 cha necklace (or trinket) thunderholme armor. If you are DC casting you should be focusing on maxing the DC/spell pen/cha from the caster tree first. On high skull reaper, it doesn't make as much difference and I find the "don't get hit" CC+instakill playstyle quite rewarding (though it still requires a decent group).

It's just simple math, if people are throwing out #s that seem unsustainable to you it's because they are.

In addition to the things you mentioned people include tainted spellcasting, reaper's potency and alchemical potions on their screen shots. You get 8 DC from tainted spellcasting and reaper's potency alone and while not sustainable, they are quite useful, but should still not be included in DC #s unless it's specifically stated as a temporary buff.

The best warlock build depends on how you play - a more balanced build generally works best for soloing/shortmanning and maxing out DC at the expense of all else makes the most sense for high skull party runs.
