Default Has anyone seen my glasses?

On my character ("Tasmia" on Thelanis), I was originally able to get the "goggles up" to appear, but no longer; they no longer appear either up or down. I've tried fiddling with the goggles up/down and helmet on/off, but to no avail.

(I know that cosmetic issues aren't as important as others, but this is one of my few characters whose look I really like, and the goggle just make it *pop*.)

EDIT: I thought the problem started when I took a facial Dragonmark, but see my later posts.

Got complaints about the in-game hirelings?
That's nothing compared to what they say about YOU

Try unequipping and reequipping it, and also toggle the goggle visibility on the avatar in the UI, see if either of those things get it working.
Have fun, and don't forget to gather for buffs!

I suspect that is has something to do with when I applied hair dye. Maybe the "new" hair is covering up the goggles?

Your description of your character's aesthetics makes me want to see what they look like.......... care to share some images by chance?

Not sure how to do that, other than this:

You really have to picture her with one hand on the crossbow and the other on her hip....

Okay, the situation is more complex than I remembered it.

Her dragonmark is visible whether or not I have the "Do not show dragonmark on self" checked.
Her named goggles (like these) are visible, but her lootgen ones are not.

I assumed it was the dragonmark that was messing me up, but now it just seems to be whether the goggles are named.

Thanks. How did you do that?

    Also, my problems are now:

    1. The "Don't show dragonmark on face" box doesn't work
    2. Can non-named goggles be visible?
