When you say ticket, do you mean an in game ticket? Or did you fill out this form: https://help.standingstonegames.com/...form_id=437947

In game tickets go to in game GMs who have limited powers to help with minor gameplay issues and that's about it. For billing issues, you need to fill out the form linked above. They should have sent you an email once it was received with further instructions.

Ok, so you filled out that online form and got an email back form them saying they got it.

After that happened, did you do one of the following:

1: not reply to the email and just wait for additional updates
2: replied to their email with as civil a tone as possible and are now waiting
3: replied to the email with harsh/angry language and are now waiting
4: replied to the email many times constantly throughout the last few days

IMO, option number 2 above is the best course of action and most likely to get a response quickly. Sometimes it takes time, but if you filled out the form (not in game ticket), got an email from them, and replied to said email... that is the best you can do and now it is on SSG to reply with an update on a solution or ask you for more information.

I'm not saying their CS is good. In fact I would not be surprised if the above listed options number 3 and 4 would de-prioritize your current claim, hence I suggest avoiding those tactics. So yeah, their CS has LOTS of room for improvement, but as far as I understand it this (filled out form, got an email, replied to email civilly, wait) is the best course of action. If a few more days pass with no updates, or you get an email closing the claim without resolution, then a forum post or a private message to a dev (again, try to remain civil) may be able to help further. (also, please don't take this message as me pinning the issue on you. I'm not. Just trying to outline the best course of action. If you did your best, then the rest is up to SSG's CS. It is on them now).

But again, sometimes it takes time. I had an issue back with ravenloft's release regarding VIP status cancelling itself despite payments/time left, and simply due to the large volume of other people also having issues at the time, took about a week for it to get resolved. It was very frustrating at the time waiting for updates, but I tried to remain civil about it and they eventually did get my issues resolved.

Good luck. I hope it works out.
