    Sorry for the necro, but how many days was this downtime episode? On what day did it start and on what day did it end? An EXACT set of dates would be appreciated.

    I ask because I bought my wife a whole year's VIP subscription for Christmas 2018.

    Her VIP ended today, 12/26/2019.

    If there were multiple days of downtime (she seems to remember it being so), I'd like her VIP subscription to be extended the number of days equal to the downtime in March.

    Found this post in the dev tracker. Looks like about 3 days. March 6th 2AM through March 9 10AM.
