Default What did you play during the downtime?

I played Bookworm Deluxe. I got orc as the bonus word and it was already on the screen!

I was sick all week, so when I wasn't coughing my head off or sleeping, I binge watched The Umbrella Academy, and read/re-read some Robert Asprin's Myth Inc. favorites.

    I played with myself.

(sorry - but no-one had lowered the tone adequately yet. It was my duty. F'nar F'nar: duty)

I downloaded Guildwars 2, created a character, logged into the world, saw what it was like, and promptly logged out and uninstalled it. Nothing compares to DDO.

I also played some Age of Empires 2 and did a lot of running.

Did a little Dungeon Siege, but was able to hold off until Saturday morning, so not too far into it.
My take on "the grind": https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...=1#post6220972

Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.
    - My opinion on exploiters and cheaters blaming SSG for unfair punishment.

I did activities with my son.

    We played Ping Pong
We talked about politics, belief systems, dragons, discussed his favorite games and solutions to complex math problems (He's 10 by the way)
We unlocked all the Mario Party areas

Outside of that I listened to stories of Entitled Parents and Malicious Compliance.

I also dl GW2. But when the hot and cold sweats started, and the shakes, I was reliant on ddo vids from twitch and youtube. Hats off to all you streamers, you kept me relatively sane.
