Is there a possibility for these citw items to be further upgraded from a epic to a "legendary". Bascially increasing the weapon die to the end game standaed (5-5.5W). Maybe as a final commendation tier upgrade? Of course the min lv would increase to 28 but i think these weapons would be used more if they were just upgraded a bit further

I simply can not comprehend why people are complaining they aren't giving away enough stuff. You guys come off like a bunch of entitled snot nosed spoiled brats. The ONLY thing subscribers are entitled to is reimbursement or credit of time on there subs that the servers were down.

If you read the posts, no one that I saw was complaining like "entitled snot nosed spoiled brats". They were simply asking for something more useful to the community as a whole. The Raiders Box is a cool give-away for some (and I am okay with it) but for many many many players the items in there are niche items semi-useful for about 3 epic levels at best, and a lowly 115 sentient xp at worst, which is pretty lame. Just because some players ask for something else to be considered doesn't make them whiners, and calling them snot-nosed brats certainly doesn't make you the better person.

As far as entitlement, I doubt SSG is even required to extend our subs. They likely have provisions for down-time and non-accountability. They are not an ISP that has to provide five nine's (99.999%) of uptime. However, to NOT offer some sort of good will gesture would be a bad Customer Service move (of which they are already struggling).

What if I told you you didn't have to analyze, critique, bash, or otherwise riposte to EVERY single thing SSG does. You could, maybe, take one day off. For example, perhaps just when they give you gift. And instead you could post a quick Thanks! or just not post, and with your extra time, go hammer out more XP in your past life grind or, just enjoy the game. It's not that you're wrong that the Raider box isn't the most useful possible gift. It's not that you're wrong that double daily dice isn't the same as missed rolls. It's not that you're wrong they haven't made up for lost subscription time YET. It's just that....

Wouldn't it make more sense if the fully upgraded versions of these weapons became a sort of ingredient for a legendary weapon?

For example.......

Fully Upgraded Nightmare, The Fallen Moon+ Legendary Echo of Blackrazor=Nightmare Of Blackrazor

I really like the idea of the schism shards being relevant to loot upgrades for loot from so many different expansions and adventure packs, as it does breath some life back into such quests and raids that drop such loot! I feel they should do more like that, though I've not gotten a single sought after item from that yet

If you added the option of choosing 5 schism shards to the raider's box, that would be awesome....... especially if you eluded to a possibility of allowing us to upgrade said Caught In The Web items to legendary (After they are fully upgraded by the purple dragon guy) using 5 Schizm shards+An item from a random quest.

(The Caught in the web item types are retained, not all effects are retained, the upgraded version will follow the 4 effect rule (Not counting set bonuses or augment slots of course, as usual))

Examples:

Tinah, Sword of the Sea (Fully Upgraded)+Echo Of Wave+5 Schism Shards=Istishia's Gift

Agony, the Knife in the Dark+Epic Cursed Shard+5 Schism Shards=Assassin Soul

Needle, Quill-slinger (Fully Upgraded)+Machination of Madness=Pestilence, Bringer Of Pain (No Schism Shards required due to both items coming from a raid)

ISPs do not have to provide five nines of uptime. Telephony providers do, but that only applies to dialtone. The telephony network is incredibly robust. But who has a landline these days?

Although this is nice, and I would like to thank you for the gesture, I am vip so I have points (tho every little helps). I also have characters that still have 2 Raiders boxes, so again not much use out of these, tho someone mentioned feeding them to sentience so maybe get a use from them.

Which leaves the pots. 9 hours of 30%xp is not to be sniffed at but would need to be used judiciously to gain lost xp potential.

I am not trying to be critical here as I really appreciate the time and effort you guys put in to bring the game back to us, and all on top of building for Sharn. The game is up and running, and I would be happy with just that. I like that you made the gesture, acknowledging and easing our pain and that also makes me happy. I guess the content is just a bit so-so for me personally as a 10yr vip (well, in 4-5 months )

That is not entirely accurate, Residential accounts for ISPs do not. Commercial accounts do, that is one of the many reasons why I always get a commercial account for my home.
That and it is against terms to run a web server from a residential account.
