Don't wait - both choose some characters (so you can keep playing) AND rattle CS's cage a little more. You pro'ly just got lost in the chaos - shoulda been addressed by now.

FYI we do see a handful of outlier style cases that people who should have received points didn't, and we are in the process of getting those cases corrected.

Correct, we are making progress but still working to deliver the final points grant and VIP time for some folks. We will let people know as soon as these pieces are completed.

I looked at the subscription, and was expecting an extension to the 4th
But this didn't happen
As usual, my sub renewed on the first, for 3 more months
But still no extension

But was wondering if it was actually gonna happen

Do you have a date for the members and vip membership for their 250 ddo points for the previous downtime? It is now mid April.

We have now granted the VIP time extension to remaining eligible players who had not previously received the extension. We are sorry it took as long as it has to get this done, but the process hit a few snags. Reminder that all eligible VIP players will have had four days added to their subscription end date.

I still haven't received this extension. My account still shows as having no subscription (it was active during the downtime).

Is there something I need to do to "enable" this extension, or for it to register on my account?

Really hoping we can get this solved by the weekend.
