During the LOTRO stream, Cordovan did say that the expected downtime would be 22 hours, so I think he really means midnight.

I dont think the expansion is going to be released in 14 days - I think you mean the pre-sale will start in March - from the state of the preview on the Tiefling/Iconic Bard and Inquisitor tree - I would think for it to be ready in 2 weeks would be a miracle.

You have your times wrong. The way you have it phrased, the downtime will be ending two hours before it starts. It’s like saying “The basketball game will run from 6:00 to 4:00.” Wednesday starts at 12AM. 2AM is two hours later.

It will not, no. The first U41.4 preview has already ended, in fact, and there will not be another as soon as next week. Even if we were to open the second preview next week the preview server would be affected by this maintenence and would need to be offline during the same time as the live servers.
