The quest Search and Rescue (Heroic) is a base level 15 quest. Festering Mummy Wrappings are a level 15 item. For some reason, my Festering Mummy Wrappings have been changed to level 20. A level 20 item from a level 15 quest seems wrong, as does changing an item's level for no apparent reason.
