I logged on with my "very high" favor (Over 5K) character and I see all the feats under the "Favor Feats" section. It appears they have applied, of which I can say "Thank SSG"

I'm not seeing the following under favor feats:

House J hp bonus
House D hp bonus
PDK save bonus
Twelve save bonus
Argonnesson save bonus

I have the favor trees maxxed out and turned in. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place to find/see the new favor rewards. If someone can confirm that all is being applied and where to see the feat description, it would be appreciated.

This should have been fixed in today's patch. If you find that Framework is still buggy, please let us know

I logged in and found that one of my characters (only one I checked really) only got the first one added for most but not all missing favor rewards. House D, House P, and PDK all showed up. Harpers skill reward and House D hit points did not get added.

I have nearly ~4700 favor points and checked the favor for each Patron that i am allowed to get the favor reward:

Gate Keepers:
(visible) Rank 1: Favor 75 - "Gatekeepers: Skill Bonus" - "This feat grants you +2 bonus to Concentration and Spot skills."
(visible) Rank 2: Favor 150 - "Gatekeepers: Hit Point Bonus" - "This feat grants you +5 HP."

The Harpers
(visible) Rank 1: "Harpers: Skill Bonus" "This feat grants you +2 bonus to Perform and Bluff skills."
(visible) Rank 2: "Harpers: Hit Point Bonus" "This feat grants you +5 HP."

House Deneith:

House D favor rank 1 did not get retroactively added for me. I also tried talking to the House D patron just in case, but that made no difference.

Hi Devs,

I've been logging my alts and checking their character sheets to see if the favor rewards have applied retrospectively. I found a few bugs, and thought I should mention them here.

- On my barbarian level 9, who has already achieved T1 and collected favor reward for House Phiarlan [currently he has 99 favor], there is no 'Favor' tab under the features section, so it is not registering in the char sheet.

- On my bard level 30 who has 5k+ favor, there is a favor tab, but the list is missing: House D tier 2 (tier 1 is listed) and House J tier 2 (T1 listed). I am not sure if it's just the icon missing from the list or if the bonus did not apply, as I did not record his HP value before the patch.

- On my artificer level 30 who also has 5k+ favor, there is a favor tab, but his list is missing more than the bard (so not sure if there is a pattern or not): PDK tier 2, House D tier 2 (T1 listed), House J tier 2 (T1 listed) and Harper tier 1. Also not sure if the bonuses missing from list already applied or not.

- On my paladin level 30 there is a favor tab, but the list is missing: Jorasco tier 1 (T2 listed), Harper tier 1 and Phiarlan tier 1.


I have 17 alts in total, but these are the ones I have checked so far.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Thanks for your work applying these retrospectively Makes a huge difference to those of us who play several alts, and would otherwise only benefit from these in a few years time when we managed to tr each of them.

On a side, but related note: The favor 'Blessings of the feather' shows under the tab <Special features>. Since this is a favor reward (+2 svs vs undead), it should go under the <Favor> tab

Bold part- to appease Doris just kill all of the minotaurs…(apparently she's only disturbed by the killing of minotaurs if you leave witnesses - so go murderhobo on them)

I am missing any favor feat that I am not one rank beyond. For example, I have 312 favor in house Deneith. I automatically received the House Deneith skill bonus feat, but have not received the hit point bonus feat. Talking to the patron does not help. The next rank is unattainable, so I am assuming I won't get it this life.

I have 141 House Phiarlan Favor and have not received the skill bonus feat. Talking to the patron did not help. Curious if I will get the feat retroactively when I hit the next rank?

Relogging did not fix it either.

Not to worried personally because I do TR. But I don't imagine this is working as intended.

UPDATE: I now have 150 Phiarlan favor and have taken the next rank. Still don't have skill bonus feat. Tried re-logging and also tried restarting client.

Remember how the cloaks update in October broke the two weapon fighting animations and that was fixed in a relatively short amount of time? Were you going to fix this newly broken animation i see since the December update... remember the update from December that affected orbs? ever since, i see when i try to use the Sunder feat with an orb or shield equipped in my off hand, the character bounces up and down sideways and the entire screen shakes violently up and down. Clearly this animation is broken but it looks like it got missed on the last 2 patches and today's hotfix also. The placement of orbs was messed up (were appearing on your forearm instead of in your hand) but that got fixed, I guess no one has noticed or mentioned this broken Sunder animation while wielding an orb or shield?

P.S. Also, why is the forum telling me this post was made and edited at around 9PM when my computer is telling me that it is right now closer to 3PM in central USA? Is this time stamp set in England or something? ... more broken code? ;p

P.P.S I sincerely appreciate all the efforts gone into making DDO a great game over the years and especially all the effort went into fixing the many troubles DDO has had with it's messed up parts. Sending a shoutout to Standing Stone Games for saving DDO when Turbine wanted to sell us off. Can't stress enough how much I want to thank you guys for all you have done. THANK YOU

P.P.S. hahaha just noticed my join date is pre-Cordovan, says he joined 2010 and that I joined in 2009

2010 is when Jerry Snook joined Turbine as an employee and took the DDO Forum handle of "Cordovan."

Before that, Jerry was a player like the rest of us. I believe he joined the DDO Forums in 2006 and his forum name back then was "Mockduck."

So he's actually been around a lot longer than you!

I just tried logging in after today's hotfix is applied and it tells me my premium account has been downgraded to a free account and i can only use 10 of my 12 character slots. I bought Ravenloft Ultimate Fan Bundle back when it launched for $130. After the 2 months of VIP expired I was downgraded to a Premium Account. it's getting downgraded again randomly out of the blue? Unintended bug? Or was my account downgraded for real from Premium down to Free account? i took a screenshot... and then shut it down until i get more information.

I try following your advice. I try PM to Cordovan, I hit submit button, this website telling me sent message = 0. idk if tracker is just slow and the message did go through but it's just not registering it as having gone through? tried sending an email to standing stone games help... they did send me a verification email for my request for help and i clicked the verification link.

i got a reply email saying my request has been received and is under review.

EDIT: I got a reply from Cordovan, so it looks like my message did go through even though it did not look like it was registering that it had. He told me "It should remain a premium account after a purchase. Account Support can sort it out"

UPDATE: 2/15/19, as of 8:50AM, got email from SSG Customer Support.

I can confirm and on multiple characters I can say definitively it seems to only be occurring with House J, P & D +5 hp tier 2.

Didn't expect the fix to the retrospective favour rewards to be implemented so soon.

I know it didn't fully work as intended and a few of the rewards are still missing for me, but nevertheless I am grateful for the attempt and the rapid response in doing so.

I look forward to the matter being fixed fully soon enough, but thanks to the devs for their efforts on this to date.

So glad you folks announced there was a server restart today. Only notice I got was an in game notice 5 mins before the server restart (and I was logged in for an hour before this notice itself). Nothing was listed on your website, login screen, or splash screen. Every week I never know if there will be a weekly restart on Tues, some other day for a patch, or none at all. No other MMO I pay for is so lax in their customer information. Such sadness on how horrible you folks are with information (how many times did something just 'slip' patch notes until you are called out on it and then you folks say you forgot).

Is it that hard to post a blurb the night before if there will be a server restart the next morning? There is zero notification anywhere in your available media about today's downtime.

Your game is fun to play when all is working well, come on SSG, more timely updates please so we can plan our playtime accordingly with life events.
