Awaken Elemental Weakness and Elemental Apatheosis

I'm of the opinion that the t5 sorcerer enhancement Awaken Elemental Wekaness be changed to a metamagic like toggle that automatically strips immunity/resistance but,increases spellpoint cost by 10% and then if you go pure and get Elemental Apotheosis it would remove the extra cost while in elemental form. Similar to how Meditations of War interacts with the Shintao capstone. Would be a massive quality of life improvement for savants, as well as opening up a little leeway for multiclassing.

As a side note, I also think the T5 elemental attacks(Heat Death/Earthgrab/Icy Prison) should be made to use charisma mod for their dc. Seems ludicrous to not use the
primary casting stat for a sla.
