Update 41.3 Spells with reduced durations WAI?

I'm hoping some of you out there can help identify if there are other spells affected. I don't have an assortment of caster alts at the moment, and my main currently running a Druid life was hit with a real surprise after Update 41.3 earlier this week.

Earthquake used to function for 30 seconds. The text still states this. However, I've run 2 quests now and can state for certain that it only functions for 10 seconds. It's more of a mass trip with 3 bursts of light kick 'em in the shins damage now...

Can anyone else confirm this has happened to their druid? Druid's don't necessarily have a wide selection of good area control spells, so this is a big hit to my playstyle.

For spell point cost, I'm better off sticking to a twisted ED Soundburst at the moment. If I'm only going to be able to keep 'em down for 10 seconds, I might as well settle for 6 and try to keep 'em stunned instead.

I'm very curious if Otto's Sphere of Dancing was reduced... anyone know?

Just to check quickly, where you running reaper quests? reaper quests reduce the duration of CC spells like earthquake.
