Thelanis world restart: 2/4/19

We will be restarting Thelanis shortly to correct a game performance issue.

Thanks for the notice on the DDO Forums. However, there appeared to be no notice within the Game itself... We were doing Epic Elite Gianthold, when everyone froze-up, we could talk for a while, but obviously we lost movement, which clearly was when the Thelanis server-plug was getting pulled for the reset, etc. :-)

I'd guess the server bounced unexpectedly and this is notice to make it seem planned. Why else wouldn't we get an in game broadcast?

Thelanis was distressed? Cannith was distressed all weekend long. Lag has been horrible the past few weeks and this past weekend was the worst ever for me.
